Rent is $1130, plus utilities & internet. The apartment has central air conditioning and heat, although there is no laundry in the building. The location is 5 minutes from the Nostrand A/C stop or 15 minutes from the Nostrand G. It’s also about a 25 min walk to Prospect, 40 min walk to downtown, close to multiple grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants, including an adorable & delicious Thai restaurant at the end of our street!
