About the space:

One large unfurnished bedroom and walk in closet in 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex garden apartment. The room is basically the size of a studio apartment, with a walk in closet and can fit a king sized bed, a couch and multiple dressers. All utilities and wifi included. Wifi isn't always reliable, we recommend supplying your own should you rely on it for work.

You share the duplex with three others that have their own rooms.

The parlor floor offers the large living room, dining room, kitchen and access to patio and backyard.

There is one full bathroom on level with your room and a half bath on the 2nd level by the kitchen.

There is free laundry in the building and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

You will be responsible, along with the other three roommates, for maintaining the cleanliness of the communal spaces.

There is a cat in the duplex but NOT allowed in the room you occupy, unless you welcome Coco Kisses in, she'll steer clear.

Can move in ASAP.
