I’m good where I am currently subletting for the past 2 years …looking for an upgrade (easy mail delivery? Working door buzzer? Perhaps an elevator?) so I will move anytime 2025/26 for the right place. Close to MTA, open minded people, positive vibes, clean (share cost of cleaning service at least monthly). Long term only. Prefer busy neighborhoods with a lot going on. I live in Chinatown now and love it. Just looking for an upgrade. I’m good with roommates or on my own.

I’m a Concierge Coach working with people in their own environments all over the world (I work w people addressing issues with substance use, mental health, medical crisis) I’m gone about 50% of the year and have zero schedule. When I’m home I spend time w friends and family and take care of myself. I also go to a lot of concerts/events. I spend a lot of time resting (my job drains me… but at the same time I’m cool w commotion in shared spaces). My 24 yr old Son lives in Bushwick and I hang w him a lot. I am open to and prefer an unlimited range of lifestyles and ages and interests. I love pets (I’d prefer you have one!) but can’t have my own because of my erratic schedule. Obsessed w music. Art.
