I'm subletting my room in a 2 bedroom Los Feliz apartment. Prime location, quintessential Los Feliz spot, gorgeous charm and character, hardwood floors, tucked away in a courtyard near a main street.

Preference goes to anyone that's a good fit (aka will get along with roommates, who are lovely people) and can do the full dates.

5-10 minute walk to Bru (coffee shop), Skylight Books (awesome bookstore), Los Feliz cinema, Figaro Bistro, the post office and all those business on Vermont. Not too far from Sunset and spaces like Kettl Tea, etc. Also very close to Barnsdall Art Park, which is lovely for sunsets and picnics. Also close to Thai Town for amazing thai food. Very picturesque and walkable neighborhood. Communal courtyard/grassy area right out front for hanging out.

You'll be sharing the space with my two female roommates who are in their mid 20s, who are together in the other bedroom and are very lovely humans. They also have a cat, who's litter is in their room and he mainly hangs out there or in the living room and is pretty chill.
