Looking for lease takeover January 1!
It's a fantastic spot and I'm looking for someone to resign the lease with my two lovely roommates January 1.
Rent: $1600 + Utilities
- The space is gorgeous. There's a large common room + kitchen and a back porch. The rooms are plenty large with nice sized closets and windows looking out onto green trees and brownstones. All recently renovated.
-The location is hard to beat. We're located between Vanderbilt and Carlton on Prospect Place, right near Prospect Park and tons of cafes, bars, and restaurants. We're also next to plenty of great transportation options (Grand Army Plaza, Flatbush/7th Ave, etc) - but the street itself is quiet and full of trees.
- About the lease, room, and apartment:
- 1 large bedroom available in 3 bed, 1 bath apartment.
- Furnished with mattresses and have great closets/storage.
- Ideal location in Prospect Heights between Vanderbilt and Carlton on Prospect Place. 2min walk to the B/Q train, 5min to the 2/3. Tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.
- 7 min walk to Prospect Park and Grand Army.
-10 min walk to Barclays
-Crunch gym around the corner, lots of grocery stores.
- Full kitchen with dishwasher and island counter.
- Large main room with couch and TV.
- Private back porch with lighting and a coffee table.
- Apartment was fully renovated less than 1yr ago.
- Landlord is very responsive, fair, helpful, and chill.
- Heat is included in rent; gas and water are not included

About the current roommates:
Two men in their late twenties, American-Israeli and Canadian-Mexican, both employed, social, and respectful. They’re super friendly and low-key, but have their own lives and give you the space and freedom to engage as much as you wish. They’re clean-ish, but not uptight. Both work from the office 3 days a week. Looking for someone who’s friends would describe them as easy-going, friendly, and laid-back.
