The landlord requires a non-refundable $20 fee for a background check. If approved, you’ll need to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus the first month’s rent. After that, you’ll be added to the lease.
You’ll be taking over my lease until February, with the option to renew annually.
The room will be ready for move-in on October 1st.
