We’re looking for the perfect fit: a solo roommate, no pets, no smoking, no partners, quiet, clean and respectful. There is room for clothing and a computer but not much else. It’s a third-floor walkup in a well-kept and quiet building. Your share is $2,000 a month, with a security deposit of $2,000 due at move in. All utilities and WiFi included. References required.

The other roommates will be travelling and may only need access to pick up mail, etc., with advance notice.
