For rent: classic, 400 square-feet railroad flat (4 rooms--living room, bedroom, study, kitchen) in the heart of the East Village, fully furnished with vintage furniture, art, and well-equipped kitchen. The other roommates will be travelling and may only need access to pick up mail, etc., with advance notice. This is a quiet, beautiful space with northern and southern windows, and a shoes-off environment. We’re looking for the perfect fit: a solo roommate, no pets, no smoking, no partners, quiet, clean and respectful. There is room for clothing and a computer but not much else. It’s a third floor walk up in a well-kept and quiet building. The rent is $2,500 a month plus a security deposit of $2,500 to move in. References required. All utilities and WIFI are included.
