The cozy room is available for $1,184 per month, plus shared utilities and internet costs. The room is spacious and flooded with natural light, featuring a substantial wardrobe.

We’re looking to fill the vacancy left by our current roommate. Move in date would ideally be December 15th for a 2 and a half month sublet, with the expectation that the tenant would sign on for a year long lease starting March 1st. The room comes unfurnished but with a fully furnished living room and kitchen.

Conveniently located, we're just 3 minutes away from the M train (Seneca Ave) and 7 minutes from the L train (Myrtle–Wyckoff Av), offering easy access to the city. There is also an in-building washing machine and drying machine, and a nice back patio we’ve decorated with chairs and a table and hanging lights.
