Mottive is a small, woman-owned, Brooklyn-based business focused on wearable art and curated vintage finds. We are looking for a part-time or full-time sales associate to join our team at our West Village location.
Shop Hours: 11am-7pm
Days: Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday
Job Title: Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain a neat and organized store appearance.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
Uphold a positive and energetic atmosphere within the boutique.
Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
Lively and energetic personality with a positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Reliable and punctual.
Candidates with permanent jewelry welding skills are welcome, but not required!
