Hi! I’m looking for a furnished (or lightly furnished) studio/1-bedroom apartment or a room in a 2-3 bedroom shared place with great, respectful roommates.
If with roomies i can pay up to $2500 for my room but would like to stay between $1350-$2000. A entire place potentially up to $3500.
Ideal move-in is June 1st through December, and I’m hoping to be close to the Bedford L or around Domino Park. Good natural light is important, and access to a gym (in-building or nearby) would be a big plus. I'd love for the room to be large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed and a desk with a couple of monitors — I work from home most of the time but also head into my office in Manhattan 2-3 days a week.
A bit about me — I’m a 26-year-old guy originally from NY, now based in Miami, coming back to Brooklyn for the summer/fall. I work in real estate, I’m super clean, communicative, respectful, drama-free, and I’m looking for a peaceful, friendly space I can call home. I don’t smoke or do drugs, but I do enjoy a drink every now and then. Ideally, my roommates would also be clean, considerate, no drama/no egos, and open to building a cozy and good-energy household where everyone feels comfortable inviting over a friend or two.
I’m not picky about whether the apartment is modern or vintage — what matters most is the vibe. Open to spaces with lots of light, hardwood floors, some plants, good kitchen vibes, and ideally fast Wi-Fi.
Let me know if this sounds like a fit! Happy to chat or meet in person — I’ll be in town the week of April 13–19 and can stop by to see the space.
Hey! I’m Jason — a 26-year-old real estate professional originally from New York, currently based in Miami. I’m coming back to the city for the summer and fall (June–December) to be closer to friends, work out of my NYC office, and soak in everything I love about being here.
I work from home most of the time but commute into my Manhattan office a couple of days a week. I’m super clean, communicative, respectful, and responsible — the kind of roommate who wipes down the counter, doesn’t leave dishes in the sink, and always pays rent on time. I value a peaceful, positive environment where everyone can feel at home.
Outside of work, I’m into sailing, music (I play guitar and keys), long walks, and exploring the city’s food and creative scenes. I’m pretty social but don’t bring the party home — I enjoy a good night out just as much as a quiet night in. I don’t smoke or do any drugs, and I drink occasionally. Ideally, I’d love to live with people who are easygoing, mature, drama-free, and also appreciate keeping a chill and welcoming home.
If you think we’d vibe, I’d love to connect!
