Still searching! Long time New Yorker hoping to find a vintage place with the tub in the kitchen downtown: Lower East Side, East Village or Chinatown preferred. Nothing fancy needed, happy to make some of my own improvements. Looking to move soon, but the timing is flexible. Not interested in sublets or shares.
