Hello! I’m looking for a furnished, well-kept home or apartment available between December 26–31 for at least three nights.

This will be for my in-laws visiting from out of town, so I’m hoping to find something that’s comfortable, clean, and in good condition — ideally with a cozy, welcoming setup that feels like home.
We live nearby in Park Slope (5th Ave & Degraw), and my in-laws will be spending most of their time at our place, so they mainly need a quiet, restful space to stay and sleep.

Budget: Around $250/night
Length of stay: Minimum 3 nights (flexible within Dec 26–31 window)
Requirements: Furnished, clean, in good shape
Extras: We’re happy to hire a cleaner after checkout to ensure the space is left spotless
