Hi all!

My roomates and I are looking to fill a room in our four bedroom apartment. Looking for someone in their mid-late twenties/ early 30s who’s clean, respectful, social, and communicative. We’re looking for someone who is social and likes to have people over, comfortable with hosting small events and occasional dinner parties.

* MUST love cats and be comfortable with dogs (one roomate runs a dog care business and occasionally has dogs over). There are two cats living in the space who are VERY friendly and will be around most of the time.

Preference for a femme presenting or lgbtq+ individual.

This room has enough space for a desk, dresser, and full sized bed. The apartment is on a 4 floor walk up & has lots of natural light and rooftop access.

The apartment itself is located in Crown Heights, a quick walk from the Nostrand A/C, Franklin S, and the Franklin Av-Medgar Evers 2,3,4,5. Lots of greats bars and restaurants in the area.

Proof of income is required, deposit and first month’s rent must be provided up front. Rent is $1,350/month + $150~ in utilities

3 roomates all in their late twenties/early 30s

1st roomate runs a dog care business and travels a lot for work, hybrid work schedule, mostly gone mornings to late afternoon

2nd roomate works a hybrid job and is home 1-2 x a week

3rd roomate works 8-6 in person

All use she/her pronouns. We all love hosting dinner parties and events but also like to keep to ourselves
