Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move in November 1st to share a great 2BR/1BA apartment in Stuytown (18th St & 1st Ave. My current roommate is leaving nyc, so I’m looking for someone clean and communicative to take her place for a 1-year lease.

About the Apartment:

• Rent is $2300/month, which includes heat, water, electricity, and WiFi. We also split a cleaning service 1x/month ($60/month each).
• Your private room fits a full or queen bed (bed in photos is a full), a desk, and has a closet and great natural light.
• The apartment has a dishwasher, tons of storage/closet space, elevator, and in-building laundry (on the ground floor).
• We’re directly across from basketball and pickleball courts. Stuytown has a cafe, an outdoor gym, sports courts, tons of greenery, and security available 24 hours. In the warm months there’s also a farmers market every Sunday and in the winter there’s an ice rink!

Transportation:

• 5 minutes to the L train, 15 minutes to Union Square (4,5,6,N,Q,R,W,L)
• Right above the East Village, close to tons of great restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes.
