- A short-term living space ( around 3-8 months)
-Private room, studio, carriage house, or MIL unit
-Something around $850/month
-Furnished or unfurnished works!
-Access needs: low/no fragrance home (i.e., no extreme scented laundry products/fabric softener/air freshener, etc. (a seventh generation lavender kind of thing is totally fine!), no current mold or mildew related issues, if with roommates, Covid aware folks
-Location: My priority is LGBTQIA+ friendly, accessibility considerations, and the right fit over the location. Access to nearby nature or queer community would also be a huge plus.

I have 5+ years of expereince in house/property/pet caretaking and sitting (including caring for rescue animals and those with complex behavioral and medical needs) and would love to chat if there's an opportunity for work trade or similar!

Friendly, communicative, proactive, and thorough!

I relate strongly to space in terms of energy reciprocity (i.e., taking care of things, places, and environments, and they will take care of you!) and enjoy caretaking and fine-tuning flow. When living with others, I live best with those who openly communicate their needs/expectations and value calm living environments.

I spend my time working on personal creative projects, writing, nourishing body, mind, and spirit, and studying energetics and design.

Over the next few months, I’m looking forward to realigning and restoring joy/purpose/clarity before making a more significant move by the end of the summer.
