Hello! I'm looking for a furnished short-term rental in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of Manhattan. I need it from October 6 through December 20 but can be flexible by 4-5 days either side of those dates.

- 2 bedrooms preferred, but open to a 1 bedroom if the common areas are spacious and can accommodate a sofa bed or inflatable mattress. There would only ever be 2 people (and a baby) in the apartment at a time.

- Located in Lenox Hill or nearby (I need to be near Lenox Hill Hospital)

- Clean, quiet, and comfortable environment.

- Fully furnished with reliable Wi-Fi.

- In-unit washer/dryer.

I am a 45yo widow, due to have my husband's baby around mid-November at Lenox Hill hospital.
I am extremely clean and tidy, and I take great care of my living quarters. I am looking for a short-term rental near Lenox Hill hospital for the months before and after giving birth. I will have a girl-friend staying with me for part of the time, hence my need for 2 bedrooms or a spacious one bedroom where I can put an inflatable mattress for my friend. There will not be more than two people (and a baby) at any given time in the apartment.
I am reliable and responsible, and given the circumstances I am looking for a reliable lease that I can count on those dates. Thank you!
