Radish Lab is a purpose-driven creative agency specializing in web design, branding, and strategy for nonprofits and social impact organizations. We're hiring a Senior Designer to join our remote team.
You'll lead visual design across web and branding projects — from early concepting through developer handoff — working closely with our Creative Director and project managers. You should be an expert Figma user with strong branding chops, great taste, and the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your sense of humor.
Salary: $80,000–$95,000, plus comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO, 401(k) with match, and a two-week company-wide winter break.

We're a team of 12: designers, developers, strategists, and project managers. Small enough that you'll have a real say in how we work and how we improve, but taking on projects with the scope and complexity of much larger agencies.
Radish Lab is a remote agency. For this position, you must be comfortable working during EST hours. At least six of your working hours must fall between 7AM and 8PM EST. We do not offer sponsorship at this time.
