THIS RENTAL IS FOR 1 PERSON ONLY. Application will be submitted through RentSpree with credit check. Need verifiable Income and references.

Rent includes all utilities, WiFi and special parking permit.
Fully finished and equipped.
$3050.00 due upon signing of Rental Contract
$3500 Refundable Security Deposit ( assuming no damage)
$300 Move Out Cleaning Fee

Ideally move in date would be JUNE 9th, but I can accommodate an earlier move in date like June 5th. We can talk about it.
MINIMUM 3 months rental, which could be extended or offered initially for 4 months as well
