The apartment is on a lovely quiet street. The apartment is a one bedroom with a large living space, bedroom and kitchen. A few minutes walk to Mafera Park, and the M train. It kind of feels like being in NYC without totally being in NYC. Perfect for someone who would like a retreat of sorts. You will have the space all to yourself!

In exchange, I have a 7 month old kitten who will require playing with and caring for. I also have a bunch of plants that would probably need to be watered once.
