Hello! I am a filmmaker and I've had the good fortune to live in this one bedroom since 2020. I live with my cat Bob and many house plants.

The apartment is a 3 floor walk up, located a 7 minute walk from the Halsey L. It takes about 35 minutes to get into Manhattan.

The space is fully furnished, cozy, has great light, and is in on a quiet street in Brooklyn. It's within walking distance of great restaurants, music venues, breweries, and Ridgewood's reservoir preserve.

It's the perfect respite from the bustling city.
