I'm looking for a good 'friends of friends' type fit out of respect to my landlords who are wonderful and live in the house adjacent --- everything about this place is wonderful, and I'd need to know a fair amount about you & your stay in the area to feel comfortable and propose it to them - it's a steal :)

It's large for a 1BR, especially for the area, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden on a quiet street that always has parking. Like I said - total gem. Perfect central air. Dreamy, oasis, cabin-in-the-middle-of-crazy-city vibe. Walking distance to reservoir, AND sunset.

No pets, no couples.
