My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to move in March 1st or 15th. The room is small. It fits a full size bed (possibly queen, dimensions im the photos). It has has a step in closet, a south facing window and there is an adjacent nook where you can put a desk (can also be used as a reading corner). There is extra storage space in the living room and you also have your own bathroom.
There is a balcony in the living room and laundry in the building.
It’s a 4th floor walk up, right by the N train on 8th ave.
Roommate is taking current furniture and shelves but the room will be furnished with a full size bed/mattress.
Rent is 1350 + utilities (can potentially be unfurnished if you prefer).
No pets.
