Just renovated garden apartment in a historic brownstone in leafy green central Park Slope, Brooklyn that is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The block is quiet and we have great neighbors. You get sunshine in the living room for most of the afternoon with a view of gardens in the front and back. The bedroom is incredibly quiet for sleeping. Also has blackout shades.

The most common reaction people have when they come stay is "OMG, it's so CUTE!"

We live on the upper two floors and have spent the last six years renovating this brownstone and have been in Park Slope for 20 years!
