We're opening our home to weekly rentals and have a few weeks available this summer. The newly renovated house is on the water, next to a studio space in a converted barn. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
- Fully furnished, 1 king bed, 1 three-quarter bath and 2 half-baths
- Hardwood floors, 12 skylights upstairs, backyard w/waterside deck and views of the harbor
- Washer and dryer and updated kitchen appliances
Formerly an artist residency, the house and barn continue to be a perfect spot for creativity, comfort, and inspiration.

- Short drive to Southwest Harbor, Bass Harbor Lighthouse, Acadia trails, and Seawall
- We usually get around (and to and from) the island by car, but there are options to bike or use public transportation - the bus stop is right across the street

I'm a theatre-maker and educator and my partner is a photographer.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
Our home was owned by my grandparents and it was my favorite place in the world as a child. It means so much to me to share it with other people and offer a space to get away and be creative.
Rental requirements
$2400 per week
$400/Security deposit
9% Maine Lodging Tax
2 guests maximum / No pets
Leasing agreement required.
