About this Lister

I am a therapist that has spent the last decade working in schools with the DOE, non-profits and various private practice settings. I am excited to branch out on my own and utilize my eclectic offerings to clients looking for a holistic approach to healing. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression and CPTSD.

I utilize the expressive arts, grief work, trauma informed yoga and somatic therapy to establish the mind-body connection and help clients find their way home, back to themselves, back to their heart, back to their sense of belonging.

I am located in Williamsburg and it feels like home to me. I am inspired by the art, music, freedom of self-expression, wildness and primal aggression that this chaotic wild city brings.

I am drawn to this work because I have lived in the underworld and I understand wholeheartedly what it is like to embark on the healing journey. I understand the triumphs and challenges of the path of radical transformation and how scary it feels when you are hopeless and feel unworthy and that you don't belong. I am here to tell you that was then and this is now. I believe in the power of community, love and art. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey and hold space for ALL of you to belong.

Background and Expertise

I received my MSW from Fordham University in 2015. I am a LMSW and in the process of becoming an LCSW. Lastly, I am enrolled in a somatic training to become a Body Temple Dance Facilitator which encompasses tantra, yoga, somatic healing, grief ritual and meditation.
