About This Lister

I’ve genuinely loved living here and am only leaving to move in with my partner. The building has a friendly, respectful community, and the rooftop is a great social space in the summer. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, with local spots and essentials right outside your door. It’s a special apartment and a great place to settle into long-term.

Photo ID
Most recent tax return
proof of income
Last two months of bank statements (checking + savings)

These requirements are set by building management, not by me. After you see the space i can put you in touch with management to submit an application along with the above documents.

Pets Policy

Pets must be submitted for approval. I currently have a 25 lb dog and there are several other pets on my floor/ in the building.
