Minimum annual income: 60x the monthly rent ($3,775 x 60 = $226,500)
Credit score of 750 or higher
Out-of-state guarantors are not accepted (Minimum in-state guarantor income: $300,000)
Small dog or cat may be acceptable on a case by case basis
The following is to be provided for each occupant:
Completed application form (attached)
Copy of State ID
2025 W-2
Last three months of proof of income
Last three months of bank statements (checking and savings)
Application fee of $20 per person for credit check (made via venmo at the time of application)
Approval / Move-in Cost
1 Month Security Deposit $3,775 (upon application approval)
First Month Rent $3,775 (upon signing the lease)
Pets Policy
Small dog or cat may be acceptable on a case by case basis
