My partner and I live in New York City, and we enjoy all the great things the city has to offer, including the many independent movie theaters, cafes, book stores, and parks.
We have been in this apartment for over a year and absolutely love the space and neighborhood. However, due to some life changes, we are now looking to downsize our apartment.
As this is a lease takeover, the incoming tenants would need to sign a lease agreement, which requires them to provide identification and proof that they meet income requirements.
Tenants would also need to pay a security deposit and the first month's rent.
Pets are allowed, with a $50 monthly fee.
