For 12 weeks I am offering a spacious and light 1 BR apartment with very high ceilings on the UWS at Riverside Park.
The apartment is fully furnished, including a couch, a dining/working table and has a large living room w kitchen space (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee grinder, toaster plus kitchen ware etc.) as well as extra loft space.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and lots of closet space. I will also make space for you in the dresser. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.
I will be taking care of family abroad and leave my belongings, such as books etc., which you are of course welcome to use. You could also play my electric piano (with headphones). The apartment is one flight of stairs up on the second floor of an old townhouse.
Closest subway stops are the 1 at 79th St or the 1, 2, 3 at 72nd St. A Citi bike station is across the street, as well as the bus M 5; the cross town M 79 bus stop is very close, as well.

I would like to meet you beforehand and obviously show the space. It's important that I find a trustworthy and respectful person. I will continue paying the landlord monthly, and the electricity and wifi. You will pay me upfront for 1 month and a security deposit of the same amount before the start.
