This wonderful apartment, which I am so sad to be leaving, is surely a great choice if you are looking to move to the best neighborhood in NYC! The building is just 6 units, and the landlord is pretty accessible and hears us out on issues we have had.

The details are that its a 3Bed 2Bath with 1 roommate (not me, we will get to that), which includes a shared room that we have dubbed the 'vibes room' complete with a projector and a record player. Our lease is up on May 30, and I unfortunately have to leave it, so am helping my roommate find a new person to take this great room. Rent is half of the total, we are currently negotiating with landlord I think we will land on $3800 meaning $1900 for you, plus utilities.

The lease start is June 1, but if you want to come in earlier we can make it work, just let me know :)

The current and future tenant (who will be your roommate) is a 31F professional who works in Brooklyn, and is all around a great roommate! She regularly keeps the apartment clean, is mindful of roommate-boundaries, but is still very friendly and communicative. She mostly works from her office, but occasionally works from home.
