There is also a shared outdoor patio space (shared with only 2 other apartments). The main building is located just around the corner, where there is mail, laundry and additional roof top access.

- The first floor has 1 bedroom along with the kitchen (shared) and first floor bathroom, shared between 1st & second floor bedrooms.
- The second floor has 1 bedroom as well as the living/dining room (shared) + patio access) (This is the bedroom that is available)
