We’re traveling for the summer (arguably the best time to enjoy New York City) and subletting our renovated, fully furnished, spacious one-bedroom apartment from June 1st to July 10th (one month and 10 days).

The apartment is located on a quiet block in the heart of trendy Bushwick, surrounded by great local businesses, restaurants, bars, parks, and easy access to public transportation. The L train is just 3 blocks away (about 20 minutes to Union Square), and the J train is also within a similar distance in the opposite direction.

The apartment occupies the first floor of a townhouse with only two units (one neighbor on the ground floor—friendly and very private). There’s also access to a shared backyard with a large tree, which is rarely used and available for you to enjoy.

The space features high ceilings, beautiful natural light, and windows in every room. It’s tastefully furnished with original mid-century pieces, art, and decor, and filled with plants (plant lovers especially welcome!). The layout includes a large open-plan living area with a decorative fireplace (also in the bedroom), hardwood floors, and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom.

The bedroom is generously sized—almost as large as the living room—and includes a queen bed, dresser, and a large table with chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment comes fully equipped with all essentials, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a separated fully stocked kitchen.

This is an ideal space for a professional or a couple looking for a comfortable and well-located temporary home.

Pricing:
• $3,500 for the full stay (June 1 – July 10 - preferred)
• $2,900 for one month
• $1,000 per week for shorter stays

All utilities and internet are included. We’d ideally prefer someone for the full period, but we’re open to discussing shorter stays.

We rent and truly love this apartment, and we’ve put a lot of care into creating a warm, thoughtfully designed space filled with plants. We’d especially appreciate someone who enjoys plants and is happy to help care for them during their stay.
