Our spacious 1-bedroom is a unique find in Brooklyn. A live-work home that we have spent the last fifteen years lovingly shaping up and furnishing.
Our unit is on the third floor of a pre-war walk up building with a laundry room available in the basement. Floors are hardwood, there's good WiFi, plants are green, lively and plentiful.
We have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with good water filtration system, a nice work studio, lounge area, and a large bedroom / work station. The bed is a neat queen-sized Murphy bed. You can leave it open, or close it to open up more space. The extra space makes for a good workout room.
Our dates are May 9th to end of June.

Pets:
We love animals, but our home is not set up for pets.
We are an artist / musician couple and we've been living in this apartment as tenants for the past fifteen years. Since the pandemic, we've both been mostly working from home. We love cooking, listening to music, projecting films on our wall, traveling and go on walks around Sunset Park.
