We have a queen bed in the basement, which stays very cool in the summer. The office has a pullout couch perfect for any visitors. There are two designated desk set-ups for working from home. This is a perfect place for a couple or individual looking for a convenient and serene home for the summer.
We’re a 5 minute walk from the Utica A/C stop and easy walking distance to cute coffeeshops, great restaurants, bars with live music, local parks, and tennis courts on the block. We’re across the street from an elementary school, so it's a very quiet street in the summer.
Includes AC units upstairs and downstairs, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ample closet space, espresso machine, projector with Apple TV, stationary bike, grill, and fully furnished patio. All utilities and cleaning fee are included in the price.

Looking for someone for the full term. We'd like to rent to someone who will enjoy and care for our place, water our plants, and respect our lovely neighbors. We’ll have you sign a sublease agreement and ask for a one-month rental deposit.
