Furnished 1br/1ba apartment in a luxury building (built in 2016), half a block from Hudson River. Corner unit, lots of daylight and amazing north-west river views (no sunrise/sunset though). Very clean space (I use cleaning service every 2 weeks).
Location: 15 min walk to Times Square, 3 min walk to Hudson River. Between Hells Kitchen and Hudson Yards. There is a shuttle to subway.
Amenities: washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, hardwood floors, fiber WiFi (perfect for VC). King bed with great mattress (and river views from the bedroom as well).
Top class gym with sauna in the building (LifeTime, needs membership).
