The place is located on a quiet, dead-end street on a hill. Very minimal traffic, and plenty of street parking out front. It is also very walkable: Botanica, Lamill, and L&E are just down the hill, as is the Silver Lake Reservoir. Centrally located yet peaceful and quiet.
