Welcome to our quiet, cosy and creative home in Bushwick!

The available space is a large, private basement unit with its own half-bath. You can either use it as a bedroom, a studio space, or go wild and do both, it's huge! (No soccer matches though.)

This ground-floor apartment has an open layout kitchen with a dishwasher, a huge living room with a projector and screen for movie nights, and a big backyard with a grill. We're just starting to learn to garden, so if that's your jam, join us in the process. Washer and dryer are in-unit along with a vintage piano.

The house is on a calm, family-oriented block, walking distance to the J (4 min), L (7 min), and A/C (12 min) trains. Around 30-40 minutes commute to Manhattan. Groceries and restaurants and a few amazing 24hr bodegas at walking distance.

About This Lister

We are a group of three artists all in our early 30s. A couple (M, F) and a Female roommate. We work in a variety of fields: Film, Animation, Paintings, and Digital Arts.

We all contribute to keeping the space tidy each week and enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other’s need for quiet and privacy.

We're trying to build a cosy and beautiful home over time, so new plants or cushions are expected every now and then. We watch movies often and you're welcome to join!
