My name is Marc and I'm looking for a roommate to share my beautiful renovated Harlem Apartment with.

About the apartment: This 12th floor apartment gets lots of natural sunlight and has incredible views of downtown and the East River. Newly renovated, the apartment has hard wood floors, crown molding and high 8 foot ceilings with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher in the unit and a laundry room on the 1st floor of the building open early morning to 10pm. One of 2 large master bedrooms (furnished) is available with a brand new queen size bed and large master closet. The apartment has high speed Wifi and the living room has a brand new 55 inch Flat Screen Tv (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Pandora all available to use). Utilities are included.

Location: Located in the heart of East Harlem the apartment is only two blocks from the local 6 train and a 7 minute walk to the express 4,5 and 2,3 trains. There are lots of great restaurants to eat in the area. Target, Costco and Whole Foods are only minutes away.

About you: Looking for a roommate who is clean, gay friendly, easy to get along with and cognizant of the shared space. I'm currently working hybrid so sometimes from home sometimes from the office. As well, will be traveling several times a year.
