It has 2 closets (1 large, 1 small) and an under-sink cabinet. Each of us have a private bathroom (mine is in the hallway and yours is in your room).

The rent is $1,500. Utilities are not included. Gas (National Grid), internet (Verizon Fios), and electricity (Con Edison) range throughout the seasons from $125 - $225.

The house has hardwood floors throughout, a good amount of natural light, baseboard heating controlled by a thermostat, and the sound of birds chirping in the mornings. It is 3 blocks to the J train and 12 minute walk to the L train.

The apartment is calm, respectful, and well maintained.

Earliest move-in date: June 1, 2026.

I am a woman in her 30s working from home in finance, so I would really appreciate a roommate who can respect that as well as sleeping hours (11:00pm to 7:00am please!).
