Spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment in Flatbush, a 5-minute walk to the Q/B Church stop and a 10-minute walk to Prospect Park. It is completely furnished and decorated, with hardwood floors, lots of light, tall ceilings, new kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV (Hulu, Prime).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a pre-war building with a working elevator. There's no washer/dryer in the unit/building, but a modern laundromat is around the corner.
There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, on Cortelyou Road, Flatbush Ave, and Parkside Ave.
Grocery stores are also close by, like Food Bazar, Pioneer, and amazing local fruit and vegetable stores that would have anything you'd imagine.

I'm a female video producer in my late 20s, I studied film at Brooklyn College, a short bike ride from my apartment, and have lived here for over 3 years. This is my home and I've worked hard to create it and curate it. I clean, respect, and care for my apartment, and I hope you will, too. (:

Rental requirements
This is a temporary 2-week sublet. There are no flexibilities around the dates. This is my home and I will live in it until April 19th and return to it by May 1st.
I will request half of the payment ($600) up front as a deposit and the second half on the move-in day (April 19th). Nothing more, nothing less.
