– Cozy 3-bedroom (2 large and 1 small that I use as an office), 2-bath house walking distance to quaint downtown Monrovia
– Close to the San Gabriel mountains and endless hiking, with mountain views from the yard
– Shared vegetable garden and composting system coordinated with the family in the backhouse
