This listing is for two (2) rooms in a three (3) bedroom apartment, rented separately.

Fully furnished with a creative vibe, this converted warehouse is on the 4th floor of a walk-up, and has a classic artists loft layout with an open concept living room-kitchen and tall ceilings.

The bathroom features a waterfall shower and a deep soaking tub if you need to refresh. An in-unit washer and dryer are convenient as you don't have to bring clothes up and down the stairs to a laundromat. And we have a dish washer too, if you like to cook a lot!

We clean up the common areas after ourselves and also have a house cleaner come every other week.

ROOM #1: MURPHY BED
(Available only March 1–8)
This bedroom has a full size Murphy bed that can fold up during the day to make more open space. The room has a desk and stool for a great work-from-home setup. You can also use the dining table or desk in the living room if you work from home and don't want to be in the bedroom all day.

The bedroom is interior and lets in light from the living room through a window, but there are no windows to the outside. The living room is also on the interior of the building and light filters in through the windows and doors of the two bedrooms where the full-time roommates stay.

ROOM #2: KING BED
This bedroom has a comfy memory foam king size bed with big down pillows. It also has a desk and stool for a great work-from-home setup.

About This Lister

Currently one roommate is living here full-time and another has a studio space in the building. The full-time roommate is a bartender and not home much. We like to keep our guest room free for friends and family who visit often.
