My apartment is a spacious, light-washed 2 bedroom plus a home office in Crown Heights on Eastern Parkway between Bedford and Rogers.

I'm looking to rent out the apt for at least 3 weeks at a time. Dates are flexible - pitch me your dates!

Lots of space, plants, beautiful light. 2 blocks from the 2/3/4/5 train, and walking distance to Prospect Park. You will have to water some plants.

The space includes:
- large living room with a dining area + pullout couch, lots of plants, television (not shown in pic but has been added since to the living room)
- fully equipped home office with an electronic standing desk
- large bedroom with queen mattress, and a small guest room with a full size mattress.
- full kitchen with all the things you need, plus a blender for your smoothies and shakes.
- fast wifi, great Work From Home set up (I work from home!)

The property is a townhouse, and the apartment is on the top floor, so there is a flight of stairs in the house.

The Neighborhood:

The apt is located on Eastern Parkway, just 1.5 blocks from the 2/3/4/5 on Franklin Ave. Tons of restaurants on Nostrand and Franklin Ave. The Brooklyn Museum is 4 blocks away, and Prospect park is right there as well. There is an awesome supermarket on the block.

Primary bedroom is located in the back of the house which means its very nice and quiet, same for office space.

Guest room is on eastern parkway so it can be loud if you're a light sleeper.
