Hi there! I am out of town from Nov 11 - Nov 23 and looking for someone respectful to stay during the duration.
The high rise building is located in Tribeca and includes a doorman with elevators. Its on a side street so not super noisy either.

The area is super walkable and is 5-10 minutes away from all subway lines - typically I take the 456, 123, AC, JZ and it takes me no more than 5 minutes to walk there! Also less than 10 minutes to get to NQRW.

Whole Foods is an 8 minute walk, CVS is 5 minutes, Westside Highway is ~10 minutes, and walking to SoHo takes about 15 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a ten minute walk!
