Hi there! I am out of town from Feb 10 (starting ~6 PM) - Feb 15 (returning ~5 PM) and looking for someone respectful to stay during the duration.
The studio is located in a high rise building is in Tribeca and includes a doorman with elevators. Its on a side street so not super noisy either (32nd floor for reference)

The area is super walkable and is 5-10 minutes away from all subway lines - typically I take the 456, 123, AC, JZ and it takes me no more than 5 minutes to walk there! Also less than 10 minutes to get to NQRW.

Whole Foods is an 8 minute walk, CVS is 5 minutes, Westside Highway is ~10 minutes, and walking to SoHo takes about 15 minutes. Amazing restaurants and bars within a ten minute walk!
