Rental requirements

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly rent includes water and WiFi. Gas and electricity are billed separately at cost based on actual usage.

Maximum occupancy is 2 tenants.

This is a quiet residential building, so no parties, large gatherings, or excessive noise are permitted.

To secure the apartment, first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month’s rent are due at signing.
