The apartment has everything you will need for your stay (e.g. wifi, desk and WFH set up, iron, sheets & towels, well-equipped kitchen, sofa bed for guests, and great shower/bath if you're into bubble baths).
The apartment is relatively accessible. Ground floor (with four porch steps).
St John's Park is at the end of the street.
Neighbors are lovely.

*if electricity bill is more than $75 subletter pays the difference.

Subways: Crown Heights-Utica (3/4/5) and Utica (A/C). Near the border of Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy (St Marks Ave/ Schenectady).
