I'm going out of town for a week during the holidays and I'd love to find a subletter for when I'm gone. It's a great apartment in a truly great location, a short walk from the JMZ at Myrtle/Broadway and the L at Morgan. Walking distance to all the fun Bushwick spots like Loveless Cafe, Birdy's, Happyfun Hideaway, Roberta's, et al., but on a quiet residential block. It has a dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in unit, and a balcony off the bedroom (ideal for smokers). Other features include large TVs in both the living room and bedroom with all the streaming services, high speed Verizon Fios internet, queen-sized bed with comfortable Casper mattress, deep bathtub, blackout curtains in the bedroom, and heating/cooling units that you control yourself. 3rd floor walk-up. Ideal for one person or a couple, with space for a third on the couch. I truly love this space and am looking for someone who'll take good care of it. NOTE: I'll be taking my cat with me, so she won't be here.

Currently looking to go away Dec 23-30, but my dates are somewhat flexible on the front end.

Price includes rent and utilities. One-time professional cleaning fee and security deposit also required.

Heads up: I will also be subletting my place for at least a month in Jan/Feb and will offer a discount for longer stays.
