Working studio available, in a full-floor loft in corner building, under the Brooklyn Bridge. It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to all subways and FDR Drive. Room is newly built, and will be spackled/painted. Space is to be shared with 2 cats and 2 females- 1 pastry chef/bartender who is never home, and 1 international artist who is always home, if in town. Artist’s space is in between the available studio, and common area/kitchen. No live, but we can discuss for higher rate. Please ask any questions
